These terms govern purchases from Forever Remembered and use of our memorial pages. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
- An order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding.
2. Proofs & engraving
We send a digital proof for approval before engraving. Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the spelling, dates and wording shown on the proof.
3. QR codes & memorial pages
- Each plaque includes one QR code linked to one private memorial page, hosted for life at no additional cost.
- QR codes are generated exclusively by Forever Remembered and are not supplied as digital files.
- You confirm that you have the right to share all content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may moderate or remove memory-wall messages that are offensive, unlawful or unrelated.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted partners such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, Pudo, PAXI, PostNet and Pargo. We do not offer collection from our premises. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and may be affected by public holidays, weather and courier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Please see our Refund Policy for returns of personalised goods.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such limitation. Natural weathering of materials over time is not a defect.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
