We want every family to be completely at peace with their plaque. Because each plaque is personalised, the following applies.
Before engraving
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof.
After proof approval
Once engraving has begun, personalised plaques cannot be cancelled or returned, except where they are defective.
Defects & damage
- If your plaque arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs.
- We will remake and redeliver it at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Memorial pages
Memorial hosting is included with your plaque and is not separately refundable. Content changes are free for life.
